This notice explains how print enquiries, customer accounts and studio administration work on the Braghaphy Printers website.
What we collect
The enquiry form collects your name, contact number, optional email, print requirements, preferred date and message. Customer accounts also store profile details, verified email, a protected password hash and linked orders, quotations, invoices and payment records. Please do not send identity documents or sensitive financial details through the enquiry form.
How we use it
The studio uses these details to prepare quotes, manage print jobs and communicate order progress. Administrators can manage the records; signed-in customers can view only their linked orders and issued documents. These records are not published in the project journal. When enabled, customer account and order emails are sent through Resend. WhatsApp sharing happens only when you or the studio choose to share.
Security and cookies
Customer and administrator sign-in use separate essential session cookies. Passwords are stored as protected hashes. The website keeps your colour theme in your browser. Security checks use a protected identifier derived from the request IP address to limit spam and repeated login attempts. No advertising or analytics trackers are included.

External links
WhatsApp, Facebook and map links open external services. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Google Maps and reviews
When maps or reviews are displayed, your browser connects to Google services. Google may receive request information under its Privacy Policy. This website does not store review content or your Google account details.
